A 6-week experience to discover what happens when we slow down and engage art with curiosity and presence.

Thank you for saying “yes” to being part of Artful Awakening. I am so grateful for your willingness to join this journey.

This project is part of my Doctor of Ministry research at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, and your participation is an important piece of it. The gatherings will invite us into creative practices—art, poetry, and lyric—as doorways into paying deeper attention to our lives, our bodies, and the presence of the sacred.

As part of the research, I need your help with two simple steps:

  1. Consent Form – This allows you to officially take part in the study.

  2. Assessments – Some pre- and post-questionnaires will help me understand the impact of this experience.

Neither the consent form nor the assessments are tests—there are no right or wrong answers. They’re simply tools to notice change and growth along the way. I am deeply thankful for your openness and trust in walking with me through this work. Please reach out if you have any questions at all.
